Add and remove per month. Nothing here is bundled into the base price, because most studios need it for four months of the year and not the other eight.
Extra storage lasts 28 days from the day you buy it and needs an active plan. After 28 days it is removed; if your plan runs out first, the extra storage stops with it.

What happens to guests' selfies?
The selfie is turned into a vector in the guest's browser, matched, and discarded — it is never written to storage. The face embeddings computed from your frames are deleted when the gallery is deleted. Guests can ask to be removed from a gallery themselves, without going through you.
What counts as an event?
One gallery under one name, however many sub-galleries it contains. A three-day wedding with haldi, sangeet and reception is one event, not three.
What if I go over my storage in peak season?
Nothing stops working. Overflow is billed at the add-on rate for the months you're over, and drops away on its own when galleries roll into cold archive at 90 days.
Do I keep my originals if I leave?
Yes. Export every original with its EXIF and folder structure intact, at any time, on any plan. There's no export fee and no hostage period.
Can I bill clients through SnapUp?
Print sales go through the store on Studio and House, and you keep 92% or 95%. Shoot fees and retainers stay in your own invoicing — we're not trying to be your accountant.
Where does the data live?
Originals sit in regional object storage — Mumbai by default for Indian accounts, with London and Singapore available — and galleries are served from a global CDN. Face embeddings never leave the region the event was created in.
