SnapUp Studio is delivery infrastructure for event and wedding photographers — not another gallery host, and not a studio CRM. One job, done properly: get the roll from your card to every guest's phone.
Why this exists
A 400-guest wedding doesn't need a WhatsApp group.
Every photographer ends up here: the edit is done, and now hundreds of guests want their photos. The reflex is a chat group — and it was never built to hand a 5,000-frame roll to 400 people. We built the thing that should exist instead: one upload, one QR code, and a guest finding their own face in seconds.
What we won't build
- Stock libraries and licensing marketplaces
- Surveillance, access control or identity verification of any kind
- Matching faces across events without the subject asking for it
- A full studio CRM — we deliberately stop at delivery
How we think about guest privacy
The selfie never leaves as a file.
A guest's selfie is embedded in their own browser, sent as a vector, matched, and discarded — there's no photo of the guest sitting in our storage afterward. Embeddings are deleted the moment the gallery itself is, and anyone can ask to be removed. We say this plainly because it matters to the families whose photos we're handling, not because a policy page requires it.
