Ten thousand
frames.
One selfie.

Upload the roll once. Every guest opens one link on their phone, takes a selfie and sees only the photos they’re in — in under a second. No app, no sign-up, no scrolling.

  • Guests need no login or app
  • Runs on your own domain, in your branding
  • RAW files in, web-ready galleries out

A demo on a sample roll: one guest selfie, matched against every frame.

One platform, two rooms

Built twice, on purpose.

A photographer opening 4,000 RAWs and a guest opening a link at a wedding table need opposite things. So they get opposite builds.

For the photographer

A workbench, not a website

Heavy, dense, keyboard-first. Everything on one screen, because you're doing this at 2am after a twelve-hour shoot.

  • Drag a folder of RAWs straight in — resumable, parallel, GPU-accelerated
  • Events, series and sub-galleries (haldi, sangeet, reception) under one roll
  • Download PINs and resolution tiers per gallery
  • Team seats for second shooters and editors
  • See which frames actually get downloaded

For the guest

A link and a selfie

Someone's aunt, on venue wifi, on a four-year-old phone. No app, no account, no patience.

  • Scan the QR on the table card — the gallery is already open
  • One selfie returns every frame they're in, ranked
  • Virtualized grid: 10,000 frames scroll like ten
  • Full-resolution download, or the whole set as a zip
  • Their selfie is discarded the moment the match returns
Guests at a wedding reception, shot at golden hour

Golden hour · 18:42 · f/1.8 · ISO 640

The frame a guest will never scroll far enough to find.

Frame 1,806 of 2,418. Without selfie search, roughly nine out of ten guests stop scrolling before they reach it.

SnapSync — direct-from-camera upload

Skip the laptop. The camera uploads itself.

Canon, Nikon and Sony bodies with FTP or wireless transfer can send every frame straight to the gallery as you shoot. Guests are finding their photos while the event is still going — no card swap, no end-of-night upload queue.

  1. Turn it on for one eventFrom the dashboard, for that gallery only — not your whole account.
  2. Get an SnapSync login for that eventHost, username and password, made the moment you switch it on.
  3. Enter it in the camera onceThe camera's normal FTP transfer settings. Nothing to install.
  4. Shoot. It lands in the gallery. Each frame shows up within moments, ready for selfie search.

The job, end to end

Where we pick it up, and where we let go.

We start after the shutter and stop before the invoice. Everything in between is ours.

Yours

Shoot and cull

Your camera, your card, your culling software. We don't have opinions about Lightroom.

Ours

Upload

Drop the folder of RAWs. Resumable, parallel, derivatives generated on GPU as frames land.

Ours

Index

Faces detected and embedded, identities clustered, the gallery live before the upload finishes.

Ours

Deliver

QR cards on the tables, virtualized gallery on every phone, selfie search instead of scrolling.

Built for

Who this is for

  • Wedding and event photographers shooting 20+ events a season
  • Corporate and conference photographers delivering the same day
  • Marathon, school and festival shooters with thousands of subjects
  • Anyone whose clients keep asking “can you just send me mine?”

Not built for

Who it isn't for

  • Stock libraries and licensing marketplaces
  • Surveillance, access control or identity verification of any kind
  • Matching faces across events without the subject asking for it
  • Studios wanting a full CRM — we deliberately stop at delivery
